As a builder association member, Pillar Homes subscribes to a defined code of ethics and conforms to performance standards for construction and business practices.


We are licensed through the state of Minnesota and comply with the rules, regulations and continuing education requirements set by state statue.
 

Pillar Homes was pleased to have been chosen as winners of the Best Website Award among Twin Cities home builders. Pillar Homes' Imagination Renovation won a Remodeler of Merit (ROMA) Award and one our Parade of Homes models was chosen as a Parade of Homes Dream Home in partnership with the Builders Outreach Foundation. 2010 marked ten consecutive years of featuring a home in the Twin Cities Luxury Home Tour.

While the outlook for housing in our country continues to be cautiously optimistic, K.C. and his team continue to meet and exceed expectations during challenging times.
 

The last few years have been challenging ones for almost everyone in the home building industry not only in Minnesota, but across the country as well. While not seeing the overwhelming high levels of building activity of recent years, Pillar Homes is pleased to have seen a steady amount of new home construction starts and renovation project starts throughout this period.

K.C. also believes it is important to be an active member in the building industry. The Builders Association of the Twin Cities provides and industry networking and educational format for many of the area's top builders. KC has been involved in learning and sharing his knowledge since 2000. After serving as treasurer and vice- president in 2006 and 2007, KC was named President of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities in 2008. While not serving in a leadership role currently, he remains actively involved with BATC.
